Dependent on the need of the customer Hitec Power Protection provides a tailor made Service Level Agreement (SLA) to support our high quality products.
On-site response time can be within 4 hours, depending on the location and SLA. For immediate support we facilitate for remote monitoring and system analysis using our Hitec equipment monitoring software QMS. Our global helpdesk can access your system through the Internet, modem connection or GSM module and so assist with operational issues, give maintenance advice, provide troubleshooting guidance and more. Option on our systems is the autocall functionality, meaning the UPS system calls our helpdesk automatically to proactively prevent any incidents.
